UNC Development’s Talent Recruitment and Management department comprises two parts: talent acquisition and training. Our training model is a blended learning approach and begins as soon as an employee starts with general onboarding, followed closely by a development specific orientation and continues throughout an employee’s tenure. While our primary training courses focus on the needs of individual fundraisers, we also offer courses that focus on leadership, management and the professional development of all OneCarolina employees.
